Drug sweep nets seven

McGill set bail in the amount of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. His case is scheduled for pre-trial conference on May 28. If convicted, Seymour, who remained in Clinton County Jail on Friday, could be sentenced up to 24 years in state prison.

His attorney is is Joe Mucia.

The Clinton County District Attorney’s Office and Adirondack Drug Task Force conducted the drug sweep. Task Force members are the Plattsburgh City Police Department, Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Border Patrol, State Police, Clinton County Sheriff’s Department, the D.A’s Office and the State Police Troop B Narcotics Task Force.

Assistant District Attorney Douglas Collyer will prosecute the seven cases.
