Drug sweep nets seven

Miller, a former SUNY Plattsburgh student, is alleged to have sold cocaine on April 3 and 25. 

At the time of his arrest, he was found to be in possession of 2 ounces of cocaine, a pound of marijuana, scales and $3,000 in cash.

McGill set bail in the amount of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. Miller’s case is scheduled for pre-trial conference on May 28. A conviction could put him in state prison for 27 years.

He is represented by Joe Mucia.

Miller had been released from jail as of Friday evening.

Kyle M. Perry, 21, of Wells Street, Plattsburgh, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Perry, a student at SUNY Plattsburgh, allegedly sold cocaine on Feb. 13 and 25.

He was released after he was approved for the Clinton County Pre-trial Release Program.  His pre-trial conference is scheduled for May 28.

If convicted, Perry, who is represented by Joe Mucia, could be sentenced to up to 18 years in state prison.

Kevin J. Quigley, 21, of Couch Street, Plattsburgh faces charges of two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

A SUNY Plattsburgh student, he is alleged to have sold heroin on Jan. 30 and Feb. 6.

McGill set Quigley’s bail at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for May 31. If convicted, Quigley could see up to 18 years in state prison.

Quigley, represented by Joe Mucia, had been released from Clinton County Jail as of Friday evening.

Cory R. Seymour, 29, of South Peru Street was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Seymour allegedly sold heroin on Feb. 7 and 15.
