Stephens Mundy, president and chief executive officer at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, has been elected to the board of the Healthcare Association of New York and will serve as treasurer.

Paul Grasso of Plattsburgh, president and CEO of The Development Corporation, has been named to the North Country Regional Economic Development Council.

Katarina Lee Emerick of Mooers is a junior member of the American Angus Association, headquartered in St. Joseph, Mo. Junior members of the association are eligible to register cattle in the American Angus Association, participate in programs conducted by the National Junior Angus Association and take part in association-sponsored shows and other national and regional events.

The American Angus Association has more than 25,000 adult and junior members.

Mountain Lake Services of Port Henry has earned a four-year accreditation through the Council on Quality and Leadership, which works with human-service organizations to define, measure and improve the quality of life of all people with a focus on person-centered services.
