Winner unveiled

PLATTSBURGH — On Saturday, Oct. 6, the North Country Cultural Center for the Arts and the Adirondack Coast Visitors Bureau will unveil the winner of the second round of the Adirondack Coast ARTWays Project.

The second round, Adirondack Coast Harvest, focused on the region’s deep ties to agriculture. The event will be at 1 p.m. where attendees may learn more about the project, talk to the artists and see the entries and winning artwork unveiled.

The event will be immediately followed by the Adirondack Coast Wine, Cider and Food Festival taking place from 2 to 8 p.m. This festival is one of a kind to the region and will serve up unique local cold-climate wines, ciders and farm products from local artisans. It will be held at the Crete Civic Center in Plattsburgh.
