MORRISONVILLE — See the mini-horse pull and sheep show at the Clinton County Fair today.
And the Poultry Look-Alike Contest is among other fun competitions on tap.
Today is Family Day, with two wristband deals — one sold between noon and 5 p.m. for $18 good for carnival rides until 6 p.m. and another for $20, sold starting at 6 p.m., which lasts until closing.
Front-gate admission today is $8; free for ages 12 and younger.
The Adirondack Tractor Pull roars to life at 3 p.m., with admission set at $5 for grandstand, $5 for a Pit Pass. That event is sponsored by Dragoon’s Farm Equipment.
Daily, visit the 4-H and FFA, cattle, horse and domestic and fine-arts exhibits daily; vendor buildings are open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the fair, which continues through Sunday. Parking is free.

9 a.m.: FFA Judging Contest for Students in the Denton Publications Cattle Barn & the Duprey’s Feed & McCadam Cheese FFA Building; 4-H Sheep Show.
10 a.m.: 4-H and FFA Dairy Judging in the Denton Publications Cattle Barn.
10:30 a.m.: Horse Pull at the Infield Stage, sponsored by Chauvin Agency.
11 a.m.: 4-H Goat Show.
Noon: North Country’s Got Talent Finale at the Talent Stage, sponsored by Pepsi, 97.5 Eagle Country Radio, Kneucraft Fine Jewelry, Cumberland 12 Cinemas, Reithoffer Shows Inc. and the Adirondack Tobacco Free Network (No bands allowed); 4-H BBQ Contest, Rooster Crowing Contest, Poultry Owner Look-a-Like Contest and Costume Classes; Carnival rides open.
Noon to 9 p.m.: 4-H Dairy Bar open.
Noon to 2:30 p.m.: Legacy Paintball Match (behind the Fair Office).
Noon to 3 p.m.: 102.3 MIX FM Dance Party in the Stewart’s Shop Gazebo.
1 to 3 p.m.: 4-H Public Presentations in the 4-H Building.
1, 4 and 7:30 p.m.: Chainsaw sculptor Mark Tyoe, sponsored by Tammy Perrotte Sears of RE/MAX North Country.
