Speedy Arnold will provide entertainment and be available to sign copies of his new children’s book, “What’s an Elephant Doing in the AuSable River?”

Vesco Ridge is on the Adirondack Coast Wine Trail, recently approved by the State Legislature.

Dan said they are waiting for Gov. Andrew Cuomo to sign the legislation, which will allow the member vineyards to get State Department of Transportation approval for signs along the region’s roads.

The vineyard is also part of the Adirondack Coast Summer Wine Tour, scheduled for Aug. 10 and 11.

Other participants include Stonehouse Vineyard in Mooers, Hid-in-Pines in Morrisonville, Elf’s Farm Winery and Cider Mill in Plattsburgh, Champlain Wine Co. in Plattsburgh, Amazing Grace Vineyard and Winery in Chazy and Everett Orchards in Peru.
