Beekmantown School sets budget presentation

BEEKMANTOWN — Beekmantown Central School Board will meet at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, in the Middle/High School library.

Agenda items include retirements and adoption of the 2013-14 school calendar.

A public presentation on the proposed 2013-14 budget will start at 7 p.m. in the auditorium. The public is encouraged to attend.

Peru School Board working on budget

PERU — Peru Central School Board will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, in the community room at the High School.

An executive session will be held at 6 p.m. regarding the employment history of specific personnel. The board will return to public session at about 7 p.m. Agenda items include the 2013-14 budget, reports and appointment of personnel.

The meeting is open to the public.

Clinton County Legislature to meet Wednesday

PLATTSBURGH — The Clinton County Legislature will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, in the Legislative Chambers of the Clinton County Government Center, 137 Margaret St.

Resolutions to be acted upon at the session include one to award the contract for the Highway Department HVAC project and another establishing fees for printed GIS maps, photos, map tubes and copies.

The legislature will also approve a reappointment to the Clinton County Soil and Water Conservation Board.

Sessions are open to the public.

Port Henry Village Board special meeting moved

PORT HENRY — The Port Henry Village Board special meeting and budget workshop scheduled for Monday, April 15, has been canceled.

The meetings will instead be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, at the Village Hall, 4303 Main St., Port Henry.

All meetings are open to the public.
