Thomas A. Hendrie, 28, of Churubusco pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years in state prison with one year of post-release supervision on both counts, to be served concurrently. Hendrie’s license will be suspended for six months, and he was ordered to pay the DNA sample fee and a $300 surcharge.
Hendrie was sent to Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill on May 30, according to state prison records.
Jesus Lozado, 57, of Plattsburgh pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced, as a second felony offender, to seven years determinate incarceration with two years of post-release supervision. Lozado must pay $135 in restitution, $375 in surcharges, provide a DNA sample and pay the DNA sample fee. Lozado’s driver’s license was suspended.
He was arrested by Plattsburgh City Police on a Clinton County grand-jury indictment in December 2012 on two charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Lozado has been incarcerated at Downstate Correctional Facility since May 16, according to prison records.
In December 2002, he had been released from prison and into the supervision of the New York State Division of Parole, records show. He was serving time then for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
