Kids get in Halloween mood at library

PLATTSBURGH — Little ones wore their Halloween costumes to get in the mood for spooky stories, songs and other activities at Plattsburgh Public Library on Tuesday.

Assistant Karen Ricketson read "Hoodwinked" to a crowd of kids, their parents or other caregivers in the Children's Room during the event.

Storytime is offered from 10:30 to 11 a.m. every Thursday at the library, which is located at 19 Oak Street. And there are plenty of scary stories suited for the season on the shelves for young and old.

Learn more about the library at http://www.plattsburghlib.org.
