In the Service: Feb. 25, 2013

Air Force Airman 1st Class Clifford J. Quint graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Quint earned distinction as an honor graduate. He is the son of Judith Quint of Plattsburgh. The airman is a 2007 graduate of Beekmantown High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 2011 from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Nathan W. Rock graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Rock earned distinction as an honor graduate. He is the son of Roger Rock of Peru and Robin Wright of Plattsburgh. The airman is a 2010 graduate of Peru High School.

Air Force Airman 1st Class Joshua W. Turner graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Turner is the son of William Turner of West Chazy. He is a 2010 graduate of Beekmantown High School.

Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Angelina M. Burow has arrived for duty as an administrative specialist assigned to the Headquarters and Service Battalion, Marine Corps Base Japan at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Burow has served in the military for two years. 

She is the daughter of Maria Burow and stepdaughter of Michael Orr, both of Witherbee. Burow graduated in 2007 from Moriah Central School and received an associate of arts in 2010 from Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, N.J. She also earned an associate of arts in 2010 from Clinton Community College, Plattsburgh.

Air Force Reserve Airman Zachary R. Buzzell graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Marianne Ahern of Bloomingdale and Wayne Buzzell of Tupper Lake and a 2005 graduate of Saranac Lake High School.

Air Force Airman Patrick M. Fisk graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Fisk is the son of Marieaymee and Charlie Fisk of Paul Smiths. He is a 2012 graduate of Saranac Lake High School.
