Lake Placid

School District

has new website

LAKE PLACID — Lake Placid Central School District has established a new website to increase and enhance the flow of communication between school and community.

Find the site at www.lpcsd.org.

LPCS has been working with Matt Smith, communications specialist from the Champlain Valley Educational Services, over the past few months to make the web page attractive and more user friendly. The district plans to expand the range of information about the school and activities and hopes it will become the main source of information about LPCS.

The district also hopes the website will reduce the amount of paper consumed, as people will be able to check online frequently to stay abreast of important dates and activities.
