Rouses Point incumbents won't run

“It was a waste of taxpayer money.”

Instead, voters can register at the Clinton County Board of Elections in Plattsburgh.

To vote, a villager must have been a U.S. citizen and 18 years of age 30 days prior to the March 19 election.

The elections are all set for noon to 9 p.m., in Halstead Hall at the Rouses Point Recreation Center; the Village of Champlain Office and at the Village Office, 40 Emmons St. in Dannemora.

There is no vote in the Village of Keeseville on March 19, as that municipality only goes to the polls every two years.
