City declares snow-emergency downtown parking ban

PLATTSBURGH — The City of Plattsburgh has declared a limited snow-removal emergency for the downtown business district from midnight to 6 a.m. Monday.

Vehicles parked on downtown streets during this time will be ticketed and may be towed. Likewise for vehicles parked in city parking lots from 2 to 6 a.m. Monday. However, this ban does not apply to the south or north ends of the Durkee Street lot.
