The Press-Republican events calendar appears every Friday. Be sure submissions reach the Press-Republican newsroom at least one week before the calendar in which they need to appear.
Items should be brief, listing the time, date, place, prices, a contact number and any other essential information.
All items in the calendar must be open to the public.

Adirondack Farmers Market. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Behind the Adirondack Museum, Elizabethtown.
St. Mary’s Bazaar. 4 to 8 p.m. St. Mary’s Academy grounds, Champlain. Amusement rides, karaoke, concessions, indoor craft fair.
SAT., MAY 25
Second-annual Walk of Hope & Spring Festival. Trinity Park, Plattsburgh. 8 a.m. check-in; 9:30 a.m. walk begins; 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Spring Festival. Music, food, pony rides and more. Participants who raise at least $50 will receive an official Walk of HOPE umbrella and T-shirt. Register at www.alsraisinghope.org or call 935-8598. Opening Weekend Expo. 1 to 5 p.m. Schroon Lake Park. Wellness tent, music, restaurant specials, petting zoo, vendors and artists. No fee to be a vendor to promote business or organization.
