Serving up a super feast

---- — PLATTSBURGH — Everyone knows the Super Bowl is not just about football.

It’s a high-energy event that non-football fans look forward to as much as gridiron enthusiasts.

There’s the halftime show with huge music acts. The premiere of grabby new ads. And, of course, the food.

Grocery stores have been packed as people prepare for parties, large and small. Healthy eating is seldom a priority.
