Arrests from Clinton County drug sweep

CHARGED

Here’s the list of the people arrested and their charges (all felonies; most are due back in court next month):

Albert R. Ball, 42, Peru: Third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (cocaine) and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.

Steven Baker, 32, West Chazy: Third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (cocaine) and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.

Jordan D. Barrett, 22, Schuyler Falls: Two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (heroin), two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance on or near school grounds. Bail: $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.

Simon Bernnard, 22, of Wynantskil: Two counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (amphetamine) and two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

Natashia M. Bibeau, 33, of Plattsburgh: Two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (heroin) and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She allegedly sold heroin on July 8 and July 29 in the City of Plattsburgh. Also charged separately with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree conspiracy. Bail: $50,000.00 cash or $100,000 bond.

Kenneth Brown, 49, Plattsburgh: Two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (oxycodone) and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.

Lazarus Brown, 21, of Schuylerville: Two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (cocaine) and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

Heather L. Burdo, 31, of West Chazy: Two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance (cocaine) and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $10,000 cash or bond.
