Children’s Holiday Wagon Ride. 6 to 8 p.m. Begins at Chazy Central Rural School pond and ends at the Chazy Library, 1329 Fiske Road. Hot chocolate, cookies, storytelling and a visit with Santa.
Local History Holiday Book Sale. 10 a.m. House of History Museum, 51 Milwaukee St., Malone. Country store will be open for favorite books and new publications.
Town of Dannemora & Friends Present “A Visit from Santa.” 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. American Legion Post #1623, 3958 Route 374, Lyon Mountain. A community-wide event open to kids from 1 to 92, refreshments, pizza, homemade goodies.
SAT., DEC. 14
Children’s Christmas Party. 1 to 4 p.m. American Legion, Wilson Road, Redford. Hot food, gifts, crafts and a picture with Santa for ages 12 and younger.
Holiday Craft Fair. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. American Legion Post 769, 9509 Route 9, Chazy. Handmade crafts and lunch will be available. Proceeds benefit the local American Legion program.
Joy of Giving Party. 2 to 5 p.m. Paul Smith’s College Forestry Cabin, Route 3. Not an ordinary children’s party; bring a gift, new or lovingly used, to give to another person via the elves. Parents are asked to help children choose a gift they love to give to another. Music, songs, dance and snacks. Call 327-3554 for further information.
Christmas Bazaar. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Clinton Street, Keeseville. Handmade decorations, gift items, jams, jewelry, baked goods. Free dinner at 5 p.m. All proceeds benefit the local food shelf.
