Appointment announced

PLATTSBURGH — Usherwood Office Technology of Plattsburgh has named Lindsay Usherwood as wide format account representative.

Usherwood brings with her business, marketing and customer-service experience from various internship programs. She worked as a media sales intern at Working Media Group in New York City where she gained extensive experience in lead generation.

During an internship program at LDI in New York City, Usherwood assisted with marketing campaigns and CRM maintenance as both a marketing intern and a sales intern. At Usherwood Office Technology, she will specialize in the sales of wide-format machines, working with both the outside and inside sales departments.

Usherwood possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, where she earned Dean’s List recognition.

Realtor honored

PLATTSBURGH — The Clinton County Board of Realtors 2013 Realtor of the Year was announced as part of the festivities at the Annual CCBR Board Induction Lunch.

Judy Guglielmo, an associate broker with Fesette Realty in Plattsburgh, was honored with this designation.

As a member of the Clinton County Board of Realtors since 1998 and a resident of Clinton County for some 43 years, Guglielmo has established herself as a tireless worker for her clients and for the organization. She has been a consistent multi-million-dollar producer and has continually worked on her career in real estate, earning the GRI and ABR designations.

Over the years, she has consistently supported her profession at the local, state and national levels, serving on several committees and boards including the CCBR Board of Directors and the CCBR Professional Standards Committee. She has also served on various subcommittees including the CCBR Annual Charity Auction Subcommittee, which has benefited Hospice of the North Country for several years.

Guglielmo has been a supporter of many local charitable organizations, serving as a volunteer and fundraiser for the Chamber of Commerce, Clinton Community College Foundation, Clinton County Red Cross, CVPH, Hospice of the North Country, Mountain Lake PBS and the Kent Delord House.
