Bisso releases new campaign video

PLATTSBURGH — The Karen Bisso campaign has released a new video that highlights the issues faced by residents of the 115th Assembly District and the North Country at large.

“We made this video to not only highlight what we have been doing over the last eight months but also to show the issues that people have told me are important to them,” Bisso said in a news release. “My platform is not my message but instead the message of the people of the district.”

Bisso said she plans on “changing the face of the Assembly position” by “bringing our message to Albany instead of Albany’s message to us. I believe that the standard to which elected officials should be judged is not based on personal accolades or financial rewards. It should be evident in the success of the people they represent.”
