Sixth-annual Seminar on the American Revolution. Mars Center, Fort Ticonderoga. Presentations and discussions include the French help in America's independence; the relationship with the Six Nations Indians; and the history to be gleaned from careful study of artwork. On Friday, actor Howard Burnham will become General Horatio Gates in "Northern Laurels and Southern Willows" in which he defends his actions of 1780. On Saturday, a book signing will be held from 1 to 1:30 p.m. at the Log House with seven authors: George C. Newman, James Kirby Martin, Joseph R. Michelle Maron will help you loosen up with an outdoor yoga class overlooking Long Pond, then follow a Pok-O-MacCready instructor on a tour of Long Pond as you hone kayaking skills.
