Daily admission for adults is $14 for the festival; $22 for the festival and a scenic gondola ride. The junior and senior price is $7 for the festival and $15 for both. Children 6 years of age and under are admitted free of charge.

Flaming Leaves Festival

ORDA continues the celebration of fall with the eighth-annual Flaming Leaves Festival Oct. 11 and 12, featuring the 2009 U.S. Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Championships.

This annual two-day event features competition from the best ski jumpers in North America, live blues bands, barbecues and brews, inflatables, games, craft vendors and more.

The public can take a chair lift or elevator ride to the top of the 120-meter ski jump for some of the best views in the Adirondacks during the change of colors.

The Flaming Leaves Festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

Admission is $14 for adults, and $8 for juniors/seniors and includes the chairlift and elevator ride to the Sky Deck atop the 120-meter ski jump tower.

Olympic Sites Passports will be honored for admission at both the Oktoberfest and the Flaming Leaves Festival.
